Governor of the State of Virginia, Terry McAuliffe, today visited Mariel Special Development Zone with the delegation accompanying him in his visit to Cuba.

As part of the visit a memorandum of Understanding was signed between the National Port Authority of Cuba and Virginia Port Authority.
