Construction company Companhia de Obras e Infra-Estrutura S.A. (COI), a subsidiary of Brazilian Odebrecht, became the first foreign construction company approved as a user of ZED Mariel.

COI will provide engineering and construction services within the Zone, thus diversifying the choice of construction companies for investors.
