APPROVAL FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF RIMCO CARIBE LLC IN ZED MARIEL

Rimco Caribe LLC from Puerto Rico, has received approval to establish a branch of a totally foreign capital company in Mariel Special Development Zone.

From its facilities in ZED Mariel Rimco Caribe LLC will distribute and provide rental, maintenance and repairs services to Caterpillar equipment and to AGCO agricultural equipment, as well as other brands.
