Cuban Construction workers acknowledged

Artemisa, Cuba.- On the day dedicated to construction workers, Commander of the Cuban Revolution Ramiro Valdes Menéndez, acknowledged workers from Empresa de Construcción y Montaje Mariel, in charge of works in Mariel Special Development Zone.

During the national celebration of the day, the member of the Party Politbureau presented acknowledgement diplomas to the Base Entrepreneurial Units of Transport and Civil Construction No. 1, which takes part in the project of high economic relevance.

A group of Construction workers and works execution units were also awarded the “work feat” acknowledgement for their participation in the reconstruction of Cayo Santa María stone-filled road, damaged by Hurricane Irma.

Over four thousand men and women work for Empresa de Construcción y Montaje Mariel, who participate in contracts with more than 17 Cuban and foreign clients in Mariel Special Development Zone.
