BRASCUBA TO INVEST IN NEW PLANT IN ZED MARIEL

Cuban-Brazilian Joint Venture Brascuba Cigarrillos S.A. has been approved as a user of ZED Mariel, where it will invest in the construction of anew and modern plant that will enable the company to increase of its production capacity and to add new brands for the domestic markets and exports.
Brascuba is marking the 21st anniversary of its establishment with a new expansion project in Mariel, for a 40 years term and the incorporation of modern technologies that maximize the output of the production capacity.
This new investment shows the confidence of its shareholders in Cuba’s foreign investment policy and the advantages offered by ZED Mariel.
